It is for this reason that Concatel Vanture Team takes part and collaborates with diverse non-profit-making institutions dedicated to the improvement of life quality as well as working and social conditions of the less protected groups.
Concatel Vanture Team takes an active participation in projects aimed to improve the life conditions of the most disadvantaged groups.
TECHNOLOGY MAKES IT POSSIBLE
Concatel Vanture Team has adapted its corporate strategy to try to give solution to problems that affect the society, combining its technology with its knowledge and experience to contribute to the life quality improvement of the needy. CVT is:
• Technological Partner of Logística Justa Foundation and Cáritas Española. In both entities the motto is “technology at the service of society and within the most disadvantaged reach”.
• Patron of CODEC, association dedicated to facilitate the job placements of social outcasts. The entity employs 42 workers and has placed more than 70 on the labour ordinary market (the majority are ex-drug addicts).
• Patron of the Cares Foundation, non-profit-making entity dedicated to the logistics area that employs more than 130 physical and sensory disabled people.
The Cares Foundation, non-profit-making entity, gives logistic and productive services, generating and supporting working places for people with difficulties of insertion, principally with psychical disabilities. Concatel Vanture Team, patron of the foundation since 2004, contributes with its IT knowledge in order to help Cares to develop its essential social task.
Apart from carrying out works of logistics and production, the Cares Foundation gives labour risks training and offers services of personal and social attention. The products manipulation, assembly, loading and unloading, and waste treatment are some of the tasks carried out by its more than 130 employees.
